[This position provides administrative, secretarial and bookkeeping support to the Business Office (Finance and Human Resources)
[Essential Functions:
[ Greet and assist students, parents and employees
[ Primary switchboard and phone management
[ Perform clerical and secretarial functions for the Business Office
[ Responsible for daily deposits from various sources throughout the school. Preparing bank deposits timely and accurately. Required to discuss discrepancies with deposits and communicate cash management policy
