Description We are looking for a skilled RPA Configuration Analyst to join our team in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and creating business process automation using RPA software and coordinating modifications and implementations across various business units. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities for process automation by collaborating with business stakeholders, process analysts, and team members to assess current business processes.
• Develop RPA processes using Automation Anywhere software based on defined business and functional requirements.
• Coordinate integrated quality assurance and user acceptance testing to ensure process efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide accurate and timely updates on process status and documentation estimates.
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners and stakeholders across the organization.
• Plan and document process changes within business units to facilitate automated processing, thereby improving efficiencies and quality metrics.
• Prepare and maintain detailed process documentation, including business and technical requirements, error handling, and exception procedures.
• Assist with all stages of process automation implementation to improve the quality, accuracy, and thoroughness of each process. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrable proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Practical experience with Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools and strategies.
• Strong knowledge of application programming and testing.
• Ability to analyze, design, and develop automation workflows using RPA tools.
• Proficiency in understanding business process requirements and transforming them into automation solutions.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and debug RPA solutions to correct errors or improve efficiency.
• Experience in maintaining documentation for design, test results, and training manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
