Clinical Program Manager - Young Adult Services

$60,000 to $65,000 per year commensurate of experience

*$7,500 sign-on bonus

PURPOSE andPOSITION OVERVIEW

Provide clinical services to caseload of young adult service clients. Offer clinical consultation/supervision to program staff and Support Clinical Director and Clinical Coordinator in day to day program operations.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide clinical services to young adults, including evaluation, treatment, and crisis intervention
  • Provide shared oversight of the day to day operation of the YAS program, as a member of the management team
  • Provide clinical consultation to YAS management team and direct service staff
  • Collaborate with management team on program development and implementation.
  • Maintain client records
  • Attend program and client related meetings
  • Supervise, coach and provide guidance to supervisees
  • Provide clinical support and consultation during on call rotation
  • Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES

Master's degree in behavioral health field with license

Ability to work flexible schedule

Knowledge of psychiatric illness and substance abuse

Good communication and documentation skills

Experience in assessments/counseling/therapeutic methods and practices including crisis intervention/trauma informed care and advocacy

Ability to prioritize and organize schedules and demands

Computer literacy

*The bonus will be made through payroll in two payments: $3,750 in the first payroll after 30 days of employment, and $3,750 the first payroll after the staff member successfully completes their 6 month probationary period.
