Aston Carter Account Representative in West Memphis, Arkansas

Description:

  • Responsible for managing customer accounts in a designated US territory.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Process customer orders, RFQ fulfilment, team coverage, invoicing, performing the order review process and providing instructions to the Supply Chain department to ensure the correct goods are specified and delivered on time.

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide regular project updates.

  • Deliver exceptional service and promptly resolving issues.

  • Handle PO acknowledgements.

  • Prepare/send shipping documents for the logistics department.

  • Receive Proof of Delivery and issue invoices accordingly.

  • Coordinate order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to fulfill orders based on client specifications and deadlines.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders; handling invoicing.

  • Evaluate change requests from clients and assess their impact on project scope, schedule, and resources.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required

  • Bachelors Degree highly preferred

  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and Adobe system

  • Prior experience in Customer Service/account management (sales order processing, inventory management, shipping and invoicing)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

  • Familiarity with CRM Systems (SalesForce) preferred
