General Summary:Maintains data integrity within the Inventory
Control Center Department to support accurate inventory results. Works
closely with Management and other Team Members to ensure completion of
effective departmental functions.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assigns pick locations, accurately, for maximum optimization as
necessary.
2. Performs functions of the DC allocation process efficiently.
3. Reconciles Receiving documents to accounting reports accurately.
4. Verifies inventory locations, accurately, and resolves issues for
the following areas: Bust-out, stock decks, pick slots, cycle counts,
problem pallets, transfers, etc.
5. Performs data entries and updates reports accurately.
6. Verifies and releases breakdowns accurately.
7. Counts locations as assigned or requested accurately.
8. Audits operations departments as assigned by management.
9. Processes all merchandise returns to vendor.
10. Re-ticket/re-package merchandise as instructed and initiate
appropriate vendor chargebacks.
11. Completes the daily P.I.T. checklist to ensure equipment is working
properly and reports any defects to management and/or maintenance.
12. Operates P.I.T. equipment in a safe manner.
13. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
14. Follows set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal
safety.
15. Maintains an organized work area and promotes a safe working
environment within the Inventory Control department.
16. Follows all Company policies and procedures.
17. All other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements\
\
Education: High school preferred.
Experience: Four to six months clerical or similar work experience in a
Retail Distribution or Warehouse environment is preferred. Must be able
to demonstrate basic Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows. Working knowledge
of WMS preferred.
Physical Requirements: Able to perform essential functions of the job,
with or without reasonable accommodation. These tasks require the
ability to frequently lift up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift up to 25
pounds and rarely up to 50 pounds. The Team Member should have adequate
fitness level to meet the demands of frequent lifting, walking,
standing, moderate climbing of stairs, occasional sitting, stooping and
kneeling with or without reasonable accommodation. May be required to
operate P.I.T. equipment that raises the Team Member on a platform to
heights of up to 50 feet. Team Member will be required to use Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE) per Distribution Center requirements.
Working Conditions: Team Member will work in a climate controlled
(office) atmosphere; however, there may be frequent exposure to the
Distribution Center (non-climate controlled). Team Member may also be
exposed to moving mechanical parts or equipment, fumes and airborne
particles as regulated by OSHA. Associates may normally be exposed to
and required to perform the handling, packaging, processing, storage,
disposal or transport of hazardous materials, the operation of a motor
vehicle, palletized equipment, machinery or power tools, repairing,
maintaining or monitoring the performance or operation of any equipment,
where the malfunction or disruption of which could result in injury or
property damage, the operation, maintenance or oversight of
infrastructure including, but not limited to, electric, gas, and water
utilities, power generation or distribution and the extraction,
compression, processing, handling, packaging, storage, disposal,
treatment or transport of potentially volatile, flammable, combustible
chemicals.
Availability: Team Member will perform shift work and must be willing to
work overtime, weekends and/or holidays.
