VCA Palm Beach Veterinary Specialists is seeking an experienced credentialed veterinary technician supervisor to support our growing hospital team! (LVT, CVT, RVT).

Certified Veterinary Technician Supervisor Responsibilities:
Full Technician Skill Utilization
Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
Coaching associates based on need to aid in their success
Some regional travel required
Facilitate communication of ideas, policies, standards and performance
Provide feedback related to associate performance, and collaborate with leadership to develop performance improvement plans
Support associates in their career via VTNE guidance, licensure guidance, and scheduling
Maintain skill efficiency and knowledge
Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority)
Providing compassionate care for all patients
Potential Schedule: Flexible 40 hours
Compensation: $24 – 35 / hour dependent on skill set, experience, and licensure status
