The Geothermal Service Technicians responsibilities will include to provide exceptional customer service to our residential and commercial customers by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of Geothermal Systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities: -Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Geothermal Systems -Troubleshoot and resolve complex Geothermal Systems issues -Install and replace Geothermal components, such as compressors, motors, and controls -Conduct system performance tests and make necessary adjustments -Provide accurate and detailed service reports -Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnoses, repairs, maintenance recommendations and estimated cost -Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicles -Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations -Respond to emergency service calls as needed (typical working days M-F, emergency calls may need to be covered on Sat-Sun)
