JPMorgan Chase Senior Software Engineer in Westerville, Ohio

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

HCM configuration lead with Expertise in Functional/Technical areas of Oracle HCM to lead a growing the team, optimizing current state processes, and building future enhancements. Ideal candidate will have implementation experience in Core HR, ORC, Talent and Payroll/Time modules of HCM

• Btech degree or equivalent experience

• Mastery of liaison with business teams to drive requirements

• Mastery of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

• Command of architecture, design and business processes

• Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices

• Expertise in working in in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture

• Experienced in modern programming languages

• 10+ Years Oracle HCM and/or PeopleSoft experience
