Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and providing exceptional service through various communication channels. Your role will involve addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues effectively.
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Empathetic, patient, and able to handle customer interactions with professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient computer and typing skills.
