The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for providing overall management
of the design, construction and commissioning of a utility scale renewable
project throughout the US. The PM will be responsible for managing execution
of multiple engineering, construction, and/or procurement contracts. The
PM will work with our internal and external teams, and subcontractors, to
oversee the design of the project and will work with our on-site Construction
Monitoring team to manage and monitor the work. Provide training and mentoring
for assigned team members. Although utility scale renewable experience is
preferred, it is not a requirement. The candidate must have experience
managing large, complex construction projects.
This position is in Denver, CO and will report to the Head of Project
Delivery. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule of both
in-office and work-from-home days.

What you'll do:
Manage the Project Team including the Contractors, the Owner-Engineer, the
on-site Construction Monitoring Team and other Project administration staff.
The on-site team may include a staff of 7 to 10 persons including site
management, safety, logistics, and quality control.
Manage multiple construction projects at the same time.
Conduct Weekly Meetings including Design Reviews, Coordination with the
local Utility and ERCOT, and Site Coordination.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Progress, Safety and Quality.
Manage Construction and Procurement Contracts, Invoices, Change Order
Requests, Submittals and RFI's.
Prepare Cost Forecast Reports.
Assist with pre-construction activities
Assist with the management of the Project Schedule and Schedule Updates.
Assist with developing and implementing the Inspection, Testing, and
Commissioning Plans.
Manage the Interconnection Process and Project Close-Out.
Assist with the development and implementation of the Document Controls
Processes.
Provide Training and Mentoring to the on-site Construction Management Team.
Build, foster, and maintain a collaborative working environment within the
Project Team.
Carries out other duties as assigned
What you bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
preferred.
Minimum of 5 years related experience
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably constructing
large scale renewable or complex construction projects
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Comprehensive knowledge of Construction Processes and Sequencing.
Hands on Experience with Tools and Equipment.
Leadership and Problem-Solving skills.
Ability to lead and adapt in a demanding, ever-changing environment
Takes a collaborative approach to getting the work done.
Physical ability to conduct regular site walks.
PMP is strongly preferred
