JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job description This role involves various tasks such as forming, filling, wrapping, and packaging, as well as monitoring and maintaining production documentation for accuracy. The food production team will rotate into different processing positions as needed and work with the quality assurance team to maintain product quality standards. Opening in New London and Weyauwega! Pay Rate: \$19.00 - \$20.00 Responsibilities: Operate production machines and equipment safely and efficiently for various tasks including forming, filling, wrapping, and packaging. Ensure accuracy and legibility of production documentation, including ingredient and packaging lot code information. Rotate into different processing positions as needed, including batching, barrel dumping, and ingredient batching. Use cheese scale to weigh required amount of cheese slabs for each formulation. Clean, sanitize, and reassemble production equipment. Perform regular checks and replacement of gaskets and O-rings. Transfer cheese between production machines to ensure efficient processing and proper packaging. Qualifications: Ability to twist and move throughout the day, with some bending, twisting, lifting, and reaching required. High school diploma or GED.
