FULL-TIME, Exempt: 40 hours

Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI)seeks a talentedDirector of Operations, Consulting and Technical Assistanceto contribute their expertise in providing essential business services to our provider organizations and customers. As a strategicDirector of Operations for Consulting and Technical Assistance,this role will spearhead the seamless execution of day-to-day operations, leveraging your expertise in equity-focused, trauma-responsive practices. TheDirector of Operations for Consulting and Technical Assistance’sstrategic vision will drive the customer engagement life cycle, coordination of resources, and management of internal business support relationships. TheDirector of Operations for Consulting and Technical Assistancewill work closely with the Vice President to ensure progress towards strategic goals, and accountability and maintain clear communication with key stakeholders. Your commitment to excellence will be evident as you advance the work of the Consulting and Technical Assistance team to promote excellent customer and staff satisfaction.

In this role, you will be

  • Leading customer engagement life cycle, overseeing key processes and procedures, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and overall customer satisfaction.

  • Partnering with the Vice President and Chief Growth Office, supports implementation of growth strategy.

  • Coordinating resources across the Consulting and Technical Assistance team to ensure team and project administration and project management support.

  • ·Managing relationships with key internal business partners including accounting, contracting, IT, and communications/marketing.

  • Managing Continuing Education credentialing and process in support of training offered through Consulting and Technical Assistance.

  • Providing mentorship and supervision to a team of dedicated professionals, fostering their growth and development.

  • Empowering team members through inclusion in decision-making processes, ongoing training, and constructive performance feedback.

  • Staying abreast of industry advancements by engaging with professional journals, publications, and industry forums. Leverage insights from other service delivery systems to identify best practices and contribute to the generation of valuable knowledge within the field.

  • Fulfilling additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in addressing evolving project needs and organizational priorities.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum MSW, MPA, MPH, MHC, PsyD, PhD with a degree is social work, public health, psychology or other related degree.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and leading related projects in healthcare, behavioral health, public health, or related field, or equivalent education and work experience (see CCSI's equivalency chart (https://www.ccsi.org/CCSI/media/pdfs/Equivalency-chart.pdf) .)

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience conducting staff supervision, preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Satisfactory completion of all required background screenings.

  • Will be required to travel to locations in NY state (both day travel and overnight obligations) to attend and facilitate meetings, conferences, training, etc) 10-15% in the calendar year
