Job Description

shift schedules dependent on workload.
Our Wheat Ridge, CO laboratory is looking for a Data Reviewer to join their
team! The Data Reviewer is responsible for ensuring data is reviewed in a
timely fashion after acquisition to ensure on-time delivery that meets client
TAT. The Data Reviewer will approve or reject data generated in the laboratory
in accordance to quality control policies and procedures. The Data Reviewer
must have working knowledge and understanding of GC, GCMS, ICP, ICPMS,
IC, or other data, quality control requirements for both NELAC and DOD
accreditation, and client requirements. The Data Reviewer will be required
to understand and interpret chromatograms, results, and calibrations.
Job Functions
Performs secondary review of Volatile, Semi-Volatile, and Inorganics data
in accordance with SOPs to meet client TAT; follows deadlines specified on a
lab sheet or as scheduled by their supervisor.
Communicates and engages with the laboratory on a regular basis to build and
maintain strong relationships with analysts and department supervisors;
addresses data rejections and requests for reanalysis in a timely and
effective manner.
Assures that reviewed QC records are compliant to methods, specifications
and company's SOPs.
Ensures that documentation review is complete in every respect and reviews
that all results are entered into LIMS.
Audits calibration related documents and other QC documents.
Assures review of data in a timely manner and approval of records prior due
date.
Demonstrates exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
that support operational excellence
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Chemistry, Biology,
Environmental science AND 3+ years' experience using GC, GCMS, ICP,
ICPMS, IC or other instrumentation in the environmental field (Required)
5-10 years' experience using GC, GCMS, ICP, ICPMS, IC or other
instrumentation in the environmental field (Preferred)
Proficient English language skills (Required)
Basic mathematical skills (Required)
Strong reasoning skills (Required)
Intermediate-level computer skills (Required)
Excellent attention to detail (Required)
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly
professional environment. (Required)
This position pays $26-30 per hour (dependent on experience) and is
eligible for overtime pay.
