High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Minimum of two years continuous work experience; or six months continuous manufacturing experience. All work experience must be post high school. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Familiarity with laboratory testing. Familiarity with the Howmet Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Experience with customer specification and blueprint review. Must be flexible in a changing work environment and able to reorganize rapidly to changing priorities. Ability to read and interpret documents. Strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel ,and Outlook. Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a customer-friendly attitude. Flexibility in work schedule, including overtime to support production facility and laboratory needs. Knowledge of laboratory testing and the periodic table of elements. Strong keyboarding/typing skills. Ability to work independently. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
