Summary
- Assist with service, maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC
systems according to HVAC and refrigeration theory.
- Assist with routine preventative maintenance of HVAC systems and
other related equipment, which contributes to the ongoing safe and
effective operation of facilities.
- Exposure to schematics and troubleshooting electrical controls.
- Exposure to a variety of tools, blueprints, diagrams, or engineering
specifications to install or diagnose units.
- Willing to learn process for documenting service call work according
to company specifications.
- Maintain company quality of work, performance and productivity
standards.
- Provide focus on customer service, answering questions and/or
referring customer concerns.
- Perform work with some supervision.
