Legend Senior Living is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and
self-motivated individual to join the team as a Customer
Service/Business Office Associate. This role would provide a wide
variety of administrative support to residents and associates.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting/assisting visitors at the front desk and routing incoming
phone calls
- Recruiting responsibilities such as: Scheduling interviews, running
background checks, associate on-boarding
- Managing the payroll system by: Entering new associates, correcting
punches, documenting absences
- Accounting responsibilities such as: Entering transactions into an
expense tracking report, submitting invoices/checks,
collecting/depositing rent payments
- Training support such as: Printing training forms, submitting and
documenting completed trainings, running reports of overdue
trainings
- Submitting forms such as: Associate changes, meeting minutes,
injuries, garnishments, employment verifications, etc.
