Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in both residential, commercial and post construction spaces, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other facilities.
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Removal of debris and clean all surface, walls, floors and etc. in all post construction units
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage observed during cleaning.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard and within the allotted time.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in residential, commercial or post construction cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items if necessary.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Adhere to core values of the company

Requirements: Employees are required to use personal vehicle to travel to and from client job sites.

• Reliable and well-maintained vehicles
• Valid drivers license
• Current vehicle insurance
• Ability to lift to 25lbs on your own and up to 50lbs with a teammate

Skills:

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and hygiene regulations.
