Position Summary & Responsibilities[]{#_Hlk140159373}\ This position partners with community outstation sites to identify services for clients. They provide consultation on complex situations, carries out specialized, technical work evaluating customer needs, coordinating service referrals and providing liaison services to other community agencies, determining eligibility for certain DCF and community programs, and coordinating community outreach activities to promote DCF programs and services.
Minimum Qualifications:Five years of experience interviewing, investigating, compiling information, documenting decisions, interpreting guidelines and/or providing technical assistance relevant to the agency\'s programs. Post secondary education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
Preferred Qualifications:EES HSS experience.
