The Powder Coat Production Laborer will be working in a fast paced environment that utilizes state of the art equipment and conveying systems to move product through many different processes. This position will cross-train in many different areas such as loading and unloading of parts, monitoring conveying system, shot blast equipment, and a four stage wash system, understand how to mask parts for high quality throughput of product. Our quality and safety takes priority within our organization in order to meet our customers expectations.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB TASKS:

Must maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. - Must be able to cross-train supporting other functions or roles on an as needed basis. - Must be able to prioritize and easily adapt to changes through the day. - Must be able to work under physically and mentally stressful situations.
