We are seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor\'s degree
in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field. In this

responsible for the mechanical design of our cutting-edge products and

designs start from a blank canvas. You\'ll create conceptual designs for
internal and external approval, work with multi-discipline engineering
teams to obtain inputs, and produce drawings to drive procurement and

development phase, through production, and throughout the product

Must-haves:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering
discipline and typically 14 or more years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary designand development teams
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security
Clearance
Preferred:
- Experience applying and interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and
Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5
- Understanding of Engineering Simulation such as Finite Element
structural Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and
Thermal Analysis
- Experience with CATIA 3DExperience
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
- Knowledge of industry-standard mechanical design principles, to
include, but not limited to parametric design, model-based
definition, material hardware selection, manufacturing, and
production processes
- Familiarity with industry standard drafting standards per ASME
Y14.100 or the DRMs
- Familiarity with reverse engineering practices to include 3D
scanning and hand-surveying
- Familiarity with additive manufacturing (3D printing)
- Active Top Secret Clearance

Estimated Starting Salary Range: \$138,634.92 - \$190,623.01. SNC
considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not
