Stryker Senior Team Member, Field Scheduler - 1st Shift - Starting Rate: $27.32/hour in Wichita, Kansas

Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday start time 7 am.

*Training will require travel to Lenexa, KS facility for 3-4 weeks

What you will do -

As the Field Scheduler, you will be instrumental in ensuring Stryker’s clients have the medical devices needed to make healthcare better. You will also be responsible for the smooth running of a logistics operation, managing inventory by supporting the Sales Department.

  • Responsible for last inspection of products to ensure accuracy and to meet the needs of our customers

  • Build relationships with Sales Reps and Sales Managers to track and manage inventory levels at client sites

  • Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors

  • Ensure on-time, complete, and accurate delivery of products to Stryker’s customers

  • Achieve operational excellence via team-based and product-focused orientation, capacity planning, continuous improvement, safety awareness, and cost reduction to be implemented, so timely, accurate deliveries are produced

  • Direct contributor toward strategic operations/logistic or inventory plans and programs

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders (Distribution, Field Operations, Sales Reps and Sales Managers) by collaborating in optimizing the supply chain

  • Work to achieve an environment that is free of safety hazards and improper ergonomic conditions while driving employee commitment to use safe work practices every day

  • Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications

What you need -

  • 5+ years of relevant/professional experience - required

  • Experience in logistics, inventory, delivery, leadership, and customer service -preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree - preferred

  • Valid Driver’s license with no restrictions - required

  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed - required
