Overview of the Position
You will be responsible for installing Slide Out Shelf Solutions
products in our clients homes. You will be working independently on most
jobs, so a highly self-motivated person is perfect for this. You will
also be part of an installation team on our large jobs. All
installations are completed in ONE DAY!
Job Details for Slide Out Shelf Installer
- 24-32 hour per week position
- Hours: 8-5 pm Monday through Friday, Saturday if desired.

Qualifications
- Carpenter with a minimum of 1 year experience in carpentry
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Required education: High School or equivalent.
- Physical Requirements
- This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of
energy and a sense of urgency.
- You must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, twist and
turn inside of cabinets, and carry up to 40 pounds throughout
the day.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, safety rules,
and, procedure manuals in English. Ability to write routine reports
and correspondence in English.
- Ability to do basic construction math, including measuring,
transposing, and calculating cut lengths.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of
variables, often thinking creatively to accomplish a task. Ability
to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,
diagram, or schedule form.
Other Requirements
Experience in basic carpentry with kitchen remodeling, finish or trim
carpentry, cabinet refacing, closet organizers and/or other similar
skills desired.
We will train you in our process and installation.
Must have a valid drivers license, a clean driving record and reliable
transportation that can tow a single axle, 2 inch ball trailer.
Pass a background check and drug screening.
Respect for customers and their homes.
Comfortable with use of cell phone for receiving schedule, email,
texting for communication with office and time tracking.
Able to follow processes and offer suggestions for improvement.
