Your Role and Responsibilities

Was erwartet dich im Client Innovation Center Austria?

• Du untersttzt beim Auswahlprozess von BewerberInnen

• Als AnsprechpartnerIn fr unsere BewerberInnen koordinierst du diverse Termine

• Du bist verantwortlich fr organisatorische und administrative TÄtigkeiten (Karten- und Schlsselverwaltungen)

• Die Planung und Durchfhrung von OnboardingaktivitÄten und Firmenevents sind genau dein Ding

• Du bekommst einen Einblick in unser Active Sourcing und Social Media Management

• Verwaltung der elektronischen Ablage und Datenpflege

• Schaltung von Stellenangeboten auf verschiedenen Plattformen

• Qualifizierung und Vorauswahl von BewerberInnen durch Interviews

• Planung von zielgruppenorientierten Employer Branding Maßnahmen, z.B. Karrieremessen

• Planung von internen Aktionen fr MitarbeiterInnen, z.B. After-Work-Events

• Zusammenarbeit mit lÄnderbergreifenden Teams

Wir bieten dir ein Praktikum fr den Bereich Recruiting fr 6 - 12 Monate (38,5 oder 30,5 Stunden/Woche) bei uns im IBM Client Innovation Center Austria. Laut Kollektivvertrag bieten wir eine Bezahlung ab 1.538€/Monat (38,5/Woche) abhÄngig von deiner Ausbildung.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Das solltest du mitbringen:

• Laufendes Studium an einer Fachhochschule oder UniversitÄt (Bachelor/Master)

• Großes Interesse fr Recruiting und HR im IT Bereich

• Erste Berufserfahrung durch relevante Praktika von Vorteil

• SelbststÄndige, zuverlÄssige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und an der Arbeit im Team

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
