Online Fulfilment Manager

Description
The Online Fulfilment Manager will be responsible for end to end online supply chain process improvement to deliver both business and supply chain KPIs. He/she will also responsible for customer collaboration work to improve customer service level and coordinating within supply chain function and outside supply chain function internally & externally to deliver business and supply chain objectives.
What You Will Achieve
• Overall process & third party logistics (3PL) management by being the single point of contact representing supply chain with business commercial, online & 3rd Party teams and own the end to end online plan for all channels, including inventory, fulfilment, last mile & customer service
• Work with Demand Planning (DP) and online leads to convert the business plan into a demand plan and to ensure the DP is converted into order timely, as well as to also work with the Singapore hub to ensure the timely supply & track any shipment delays
• Inventory & fulfilment planning by working with 3PL to ensure that they have full visibility to inventory movement as per agreed SLAs, to ensure inventory sanctity via cycle counts & monthly counts, to ensure excess/near expiry inventory is moved out as per SOP, to provide annual order volume forecast & revise it monthly as per the business updates and to plan fulfilment operation within the agreed SLA
• To be fully involved in brand event preparation and to readily provide SC input to help improve the overall order fulfillment efficiency
• To lead for Lazada & coordinate with customer service for brand.com and manage operational support for online and customer service activities to achieve online KPI and service level.
