Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying strategic markets and services for rail initiatives related projects within APAC
Scale large Capex infrastructure projects in Rail.
Lead all the business development activities, also manage team to prepare qualifications packages, proposal packages and presentations.
Focal point person on ensuring activities are being completed timely ensuring best chances for on-going projects.
Manage Key accounts identified for the respective business market.
Coordinate and define strategies for Industry related services.
Coordinate and leverage with Global Business Lines and other Operating Group / Regions to align business drivers and expand business opportunities
Develop and manage strategy plan and leading the BD team within APAC to increase company market share in rail transportation, infrastructure and construction industries through business activities / opportunities generated from BRI projects.
Be the contact point for APAC to work in the new opportunities and lead.
Develop and expand company’s core business services related for Rail in APAC
Qualifications:
Bachelor in technical/engineering degree and in Marketing/Sales experience will be preferred.
Ten (10) years in marketing and business development management level in the rail / construction industry is required.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute business planning process.
Advanced knowledge of general business and company procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Sales staff.
Strong analytical capabilities and providing innovative and impactful insights through data analysis.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
