What you’ll do:
The Shipping Specialist plays a vital role in connecting NTE products to customers around the globe. Focused on logistics and attention to detail, this position will process and ship both large freight (palletized) and small packaging shipments to international and domestic customers.
Other key areas include:
Complete parts order processing and order fulfillment domestically and internationally.
Assemble and prepare packages for shipment.
Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, customs documentation, or shipping orders to route materials.
When shipping large freight, determine shipping methods, routes, or rates for international and domestic materials to be shipped; This includes researching alternative shipping vendors to increase shipping efficiency and reduce cost.
Process and authorize returns for small parcels and large freight.
Work with third party shipping vendors such as: UPS, DHL, LTL, LCL.
Compile and maintain records of quantity and type of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies shipped; Enter customer and shipping data into software applications; and Complete general record keeping.
Notify Inventory of discovered inaccuracies and assist with inventory control activities.
Communicate with and serve the needs of internal and external customers.
Follow all NTE policies, procedures, safety rules, and applicable laws.

In 2005, Nova-Tech partnered with Life-Science Innovations to buy a 37-building, 110-acre historic hospital facility in Willmar from the State of Minnesota. Since that time, we have developed the resulting MinnWest Technology Campus into the largest privately owned technology park in the country.
Willmar, MN is a bustling community located less than two hours from Minneapolis and one hour from St. Cloud known for its lakes and vibrant entertainment.
