DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Develop fraud mitigation strategies, capabilities, models and design requirements by working with technical business partners to implement these products using agile design methodology. Work with large amounts of complex data to monitor and uncover behaviors and trends in fraudulent activity. Work on check fraud for business and wealth management products. Develop creative solutions required to keep fraud activity in control and within risk appetite. Ensure genuine transactions taking place in business banking and wealth management divisions' are completed without significant customer friction. Develop strategies and actions that balance the tradeoff amongst fraud losses, operational expenses, and customer impacts from fraud prevention efforts. Deliver best in class fraud fighting capabilities to protect customers. Develop a close partnership with the consumer and business banking, operations, technology, and product teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Strategic Analytics, Business Analyst, Risk Management, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Strategic Analytics, Business Analyst, Risk Management, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: SAS; SQL; Python; Excel pivot tables; VBA Macros; SAS Enterprise Miner; Teradata; Studio; Tableau; SQL Developer; Time-series forecasting; Regression modelling; Segmentation; and Risk management strategy building.

Job Location: 201 N. Walnut St., Wilmington, DE 19801. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
