Job Title: Document Review Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Document Review Specialist to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of documents with established standards and regulations. This role involves reviewing, approving, and distributing procedures while maintaining confidentiality and data protection.
Responsibilities
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards and regulations.
Review reformatted procedures to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to approved formats.
Ensure procedures are developed, reviewed, approved, and distributed to appropriate personnel in accordance with the established approval process cycle.
Create and maintain templates for future use.
Provide writing and editing support as needed.
Manage procedure revisions.
Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
Work with subject matter experts for the review and approval of technical procedures.
Organize and archive records and documents in Redshare.
Maintain procedures index and manage access.
Essential Skills
High school graduate or equivalent.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
Proficient typing and editing skills.
Strong attention to detail
Adapts and catches on to things quickly.
Open to asking questions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with file-keeping software or cloud storage is a plus.
Ability to work in person, onsite.
Ability to work roughly 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Willingness to work off hours on rare occasions for emergent requests.
Ability to successfully complete Cyber Security training and Export Control Training.
Work Environment
This is a part-time position. This position requires the ability and willingness to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time. The work environment is remote and part time. Required hours of being logged in are 8 am - 12 pm. There is a required initial on-site period of two weeks to demonstrate diligence in. This will be at the site in Wilmington, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
