JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verify digital hardware for a military application
Review requirements for a new digital hardware design using enterprise tools such as Jama Connect
Create a test approach, outline, and description for hardware level verification in Microsoft Word
Perform dry-runs and run-for-score on hardware test procedures
Present hardware verification approach to the certification authority
Oversee efforts and train less experienced designers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a U.S. Person / Permanent Resident 'Green Card' holder
Bachelor"s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum 3 years of experience
Experience in electrical hardware design and verification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with formal hardware verification in either an aerospace or medical application
Experience working with C++ applications in Visual Studio
Experience with image or video processing in MATLABd.
Design and verification in a process-controlled environment similar to DO-254 is a plus
