We count on you for:
Effectively interact with Production and Development teams to maintain quality of incoming goods and manufactured finished products.
Monitor adherence to product specifications
Disposition of nonconforming materials
Act as a technical resource for operational group regarding product compliance.
Monitoring and documenting process and product controls.
Maintaining SOP relating to product Quality, Safety and Security.
Monitoring plant performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports including customer complaints and out of specification products and processes.
Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training, including initial and ongoing refresher training for employees and contractors as required.
Addressing customer complaints
Identifying Root Cause and Corrective Actions and follow ups.
Maintaining awareness of the business to optimize customer service, including operational schedules to best coordinate Quality efforts to serve customers in a timely manner.
You will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical), Computer Science, Chemistry, or technical degree.
3-5 years of experience in a technical field or quality systems.
Experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, and/or chemical plant environment is a plus.
Knowledge of LIMS system and SAP is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate with varying functional leaders both internally and externally.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Good written and verbal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment, cross-functional & departmental skills.
Must have the ability to learn new programs and software as needed.
Must have the ability to work under pressure and change assignments quickly.
Must be able to communicate information with others verbally and in written forms.
Basic problem-solving skills.
Organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with occasional assistance.
Ability to take ownership of general processes/products.
The ability to meet deadlines and targets.

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $73,032 to $91,290 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
