Design and Develop mechanical components and industrial processing
systems. Responsible to provide feasible and cost reducing GD&T
solutions for industrial equipment and industrial processing systems and
assemblies. Apply GD&T scheme to various mechanical components to
manufacture feasibility and develop production drawings with the use of
tools like CAD Design and analysis tools, Siemens NX and CATIA. Verify
mechanical assemblies for fit / function of components and clearance
investigations through 3DCS Dimensional Variation Analysis and Tolerance
Stacks with the use of Stack Manager Siemens NX. Responsible to provide
Design Engineer support for after treatment Pump Electronic Tank Units
(PETUs) for IPSD Engines with focus on quality first responder and
design contact for PETUs production. Contribute to the concept and
develop complex components and subsystems to strengthen engineering
skills. Interact with cross functional team of industry and contribute
to the delivery of design projects. Investigate design issues and solve
the problem for new product developments pertain to after treatment
systems. Support to validate endurance life of New Product Introductions
through test bench and lab activities for after treatment components and
assemblies. Initiate Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities
to all PETU assemblies and its components. Conduct FMEA design process
for all new parts and assemblies. Develop Built-in-Quality (BIQ)
activities as a short-duration project to resolve specific process and /
or design changes with the use of problem solve methodology and
appropriate 6 Sigma tools. Present project status and updates in design
reviews meets on weekly basis. Employer will accept a Masterss degree in
the Mechanical/Industrial/Product Engineering or equivalent, plus one
year of experience. Various worksites. Relocation is unanticipated
depending on the client needs. The frequency of the relocation as well
is unknown, as it purely depends on the client requirement. There is no
National or international travel involved
