Your Job
Responsible for factory simulation model development & enhancements. Complete scenario analysis to identify performance requirements and/or future capital needs to meet target cycle time.
Responsible for continuous improvements & standardization in capacity modeling capabilities as well as related global capacity reporting system. Liaison with central IE, other sites IE and systems group for modeling system changes.
Prepare and analyze simulation results and work with other stakeholders to identify improvement actions required for bottlenecks.
Liaison with factory production planning and factory management on short-term factory loading & cycle time commitments.
Interface with Module Industrial Engineering for tool level inputs needed to produce a full factory capacity output.
Accountable for accuracy of factory level capacity planning model.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor or Masters in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Science discipline, Other Engineering discipline will also be considered.
Fluency in English Language – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in understanding information systems and data management techniques.
Proven track record in program management and successful project execution.
Proficiency in data modelling & analytics, Qlikview development, SQL scripting.
High proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Power Point, Project, Power BI)
Good communication skills and leadership qualities are essential.
Able to work within a team structure and across organizational boundaries.
Able to communicate effectively with multiple engineering disciplines within Semiconductor Manufacturing
Strong analytical skills with willingness to coach junior staff.
