Division Program and Project Manager Strategically directs and implements near and long-term projects that enhance manufacturing systems and lowers operations costs. Scope/ Supervision and Interaction: __ Has Direct Reports X Does Not Have Direct Reports Will work with all levels of management within the Division and Group to assure goals are met timely and with responsive customer service. Reports to the Division General Manager. Functions and Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership in developing and achieving results in special projects that are in harmony with Division strategic plans andBachelor of Science or Arts in business administration or related field. Provide strategic leadership in developing and achieving results in special projects that are in harmony with Division strategic plans and quality initiatives for projects, programs, training, Targets and technical services. Develop and implement productivity and quality enhancements of operations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that meet Division objectives. Monitor capacity model for all areas of manufacturing and provide strategic feedback to operations manager on capacity issues. Develop annual plant business continuation plans. Qualifications Bachelor of Science or Arts in business administration or related field. Program Management (PMP) certification preferred. 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in manufacturing; experience in quality, lean manufacturing and engineering preferred. Demonstrated track record of facilitating groups to achieve goals. Demonstrated results with change management. Demonstrated proficiency and use of Lean Manufacturing tools (TAKT, Flow, Pull Systems, KanBan, SMED, Pokeyoke, 5's, etc.) required.
