Facilities & Maintenance Manager This position is responsible for managing direction and daily activities of the Facilities and Maintenance Team, including all facilities and manufacturing equipment, and facilities-related services, systems, operations, and contracts. Plans and manages resources including maintenance staff, contractors, and department budget, to deliver optimized solutions. Functions and Responsibilities Develops the annual division facilities and maintenance plan, budget forecast, and subsequent review and reporting. Ensures the budgets are fully developed and agreed upon by division and group leadership. Improves Facilities and Maintenance operational efficiencies, leading Lean initiatives, driving cost efficiencies, and implementing best practice standards and documentation. Partners with division functional teams to understand needs, develop a roadmap, and deliver enhanced capabilities. Manage building and grounds, manufacturing equipment, office operations, and associated staff including supervisors. Coordinate contract negotiations with vendors and service providers. Develop cost allocations for facility/ manufacturing operations and services. Develop and maintain current facility emergency, management, and training programs. Acts with division, group, and corporate resources to implement best practice Infrastructure and security processes and technology. Leads, coaches, develops, recruits, and maintains a high performing staff. Qualifications Degree required 5+ years managerial experience Managerial skills: Oral/written communication, coaching/mentoring/team building, customer service, organization, analytical, and planning.
