Community Health Worker (CHW) Bilingual in English and Spanish - Full-time, benefit eligible position for our expanding Sexual and Reproductive Health Services (SRHS) Programming in our Worthington, Minnesota office for Southwestern Minnesota Opportunity Council, Inc.(SMOC). Community Health Worker (CHW) will assist clients by reducing cultural and linguistic barriers while navigating health care systems within the SMOC programs and other community programs. The CHW must be a bilingual person in English and Spanish, trusted in their community and comfortable among all populations to build trusting relationships with families and community.
