Title: Industrial Project Manager
Overview: Seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to lead, develop, and support our Industrial Division. The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining client relationships, creating competitive project estimates, and managing project costs while prioritizing safety and compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities:
Estimate and bid accurately by conducting thorough material and labor assessments.
Lead and manage project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Foster strategic growth by cultivating relationships with owners and general contractors.
Procure materials cost-effectively and develop strong relationships with vendors.
Schedule manpower effectively for current and future projects.
Participate in the leadership team to contribute to strategic growth objectives and planning.
Requirements:
Construction Management degree preferred.
Journeyman Electrician certification preferred.
Knowledge of Procore and Electrical Estimating Software preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and compliance.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Industrial Estimating and Project Management.
Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
