Job Title: Carpenter
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled carpenter with experience in commercial carpentry. The role involves designing, constructing, installing, remodeling, retrofitting, and repairing both interior and exterior structures made of wood, drywall, plaster, concrete, or brick. You will also work on cabinets, tables, shelves, benches, partitions, flooring, door and window frames, and other types of furniture. Additionally, the position includes cleaning, maintaining, adjusting, calibrating, and servicing equipment used in the performance of duties, as well as installing, repairing, and maintaining building roofs.
Responsibilities
Perform interior and exterior carpentry
Work with wood/metal studs, blocking, and sheathing
Install windows, doors, and hardware
Install cabinets and countertops
Install trim (base, case, crown molding)
Clean, maintain, adjust, calibrate, and service equipment
Assist in the writing of specifications for repairs and new construction
Essential Skills
5+ years of carpentry/general trades/finish carpentry experience
Own personal carpentry tools
Ability to transport self to job sites

Work Environment
Candidates will be working on commercial and industrial sites, which can vary from hot and humid to cold and wet. Must be comfortable working outside and in different weather conditions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
