JOB PURPOSE:
JOB DUTIES:
负责自身安全工作，遵守公司的各项安全制度，评估安全风险，监督同事的安全行为，识别工作场所安全隐患。
记录水、电、蒸汽用量，分析异常，确保能耗水平在控制范围内；
熟悉冰机、风机、RO水系统、换热站等公共设施的原理，可以处理常见故障，可按照PM计划完成设施保养工作，并及时汇报保养中发现的问题；
完成巡视检查工作，确保各设备工作区域准时巡检、各项仪表准确抄读记录、公共设备的正常运行、上报巡检中发现的异常问题；
跟踪维修结果，确保设备设施的功能及安全防护；
根据要求完成5S指标，如工具包及工具柜的整理、围栏内备件及设施设备的整理、巡检区域及设备间的整理等；
熟悉高压配电室的日常管理；
执行上级安排的各项工作安排，如设备设施类移位、安装、厂房类杂项及改进改善工作。
JOB REQUIREMENTS (must include education, years of working experience, English level, office 365 skill, job related knowledge and soft skills etc.)
中专以上学历，机电相关专业；
一年以上相关工作经验，具备一定的机电相关知识
持有低压电工操作资格证书，有高压操作资格证书优先
具备一定的安全意识，质量和服务意识，沟通能力，分析能力，解决问题能力；
有较强的学习能力；
服从工作安排，工作主动积极；
工作细致耐心，较强的责任心及团队精神。
可独立完成一般设备的故障分析及处理
