Baer Testing & Engineering, Inc. is looking to add an entry level OR experienced special inspector/technician to our staff. Certifications with ACI, NICET, ICC, WAQTC, highly desired. This position is in Yakima, WA. Experience performing reinforced concrete and structural masonry special inspections as well as laboratory testing experience a plus. Wage depends on experience. Typical hours are Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, but can vary based on workload. The applicant must have a good driving record, the ability to lift 50 pounds daily, ability to dig holes, drive throughout Central Washington, and obtain Army and/or other government access to construction projects (no felony records) This position also requires adherence to federal drug enforcement policy's (no marijuana or drug use).
