POSITION SUMMARY

Job Overview:

The AYS Assistant Manager will primarily focus on managing schedules and training within the AYS department. However, the role will also involve assuming the responsibilities of a Manager on Duty. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for check-ins and check-outs, handling VIP guests, managing group bookings, and addressing guest complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling and training for the AYS team.

  • Act as Manager on Duty for the Front Office, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.

  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

  • Handle VIP guests and ensure their needs are met.

  • Manage group bookings and ensure they are properly coordinated.

  • Address and resolve guest complaints efficiently and professionally.

  • Be available to work shifts across all times of the day, including day, afternoon, and night shifts, seven days a week.

  • 日勤、午後勤務、夜勤を含むシフト勤務(週7日対応)を実施。

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
