Processing certain transactions with the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) on-site through a computer system linked to the DMV.
The permitted transactions include but are not limited to:
- Registrations, re-registrations, registration renewals, amended registrations, and duplicate registrations;
- Duplicate titles;
- Plate surrenders, replacement of lost / stolen plates, and custom plates;
titles only and
- In-transit permits (if appropriate to business)

- NYC Permit or Driver License
