Our client, a leading organization in the dental and healthcare industry, is seeking an Account Maintenance Specialist to join their team. As an Account Maintenance Specialist, you will be part of the data management team supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: York, PA
Pay Range: $18
Hours: 8AM-4:30PM
What's the Job?
Responsible for handling all direct and indirect account matching to create one customer within the account master of CIM360/Salesforce.com.
Handle Customer Change Requests and New Customer setup within each ERP and CIM360.
Perform account setups from a provided listing of customer data.
Analyze and enrich master data elements of existing customer accounts to ensure accurate updates and non-duplication.
Manage data governance and ensure data integrity between 12+ systems.
What's Needed?
Proven experience in data management and account maintenance.
Familiarity with information systems such as CIM360, Salesforce.com, and SAP.
Strong analytical skills to research and resolve data discrepancies.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with team members and corporate associates.
Willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
