We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality work. As a Staff Accountant with our client, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, gain valuable experience in various accounting functions, and contribute to the success of the firm.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities.
Perform financial analysis and reconciliation of accounts.
Participate in audits and ensure adherence to auditing standards and procedures.
Assist clients with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field..
1-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
