Executive Office Assistant
Location: Ypsilanti, MI
Pay Rate: $22-26/hour
Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday

Kelly Services has recently partnered with a medical device company seeking a detail-orientated and highly accountable Executive Office Assistant to join their team. The Executive Office Assistant will be responsible for performing a full range of administrative duties including purchase order management, expense reporting, calendar facilitation and more. Duties:
Plan, coordinate, and prepare various documents, presentations, meetings, conference calls, videoconferences and other events.
Independently screen and respond to incoming calls and e-mails promptly and professionally.
Serve as a liaison between various departments and organizational levels, managing sensitive, complex, and highly confidential information with discretion.
Leverage exception Outlook calendar management skills.
Provide support for expense report preparation and submission.
Develop travel plans and assist with on/offboarding process of employees.
Manage suppliers and handle purchase orders by collaborating with external vendors and accounting firms.
Ensure timely payment processing and maintain accurate records in accordance with company quality system.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role supporting multiple leaders
Technical proficiency in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel) with the ability/desire to learn additional software tools as needed.
Bachelor’s degree desired.
Must be tech-savvy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve problems within a timely manner.
Prioritization of multiple projects with job responsibilities with competing deadlines.
