The Field Service Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of Radiometer instrument. Enable achievement of Radiometer Hrvatska (RHRV) Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) through delivering excellence in Services activities.

This position is part of the commercial Croatian team which is a part of the sub-region Eastern Mediterranean Southeast Europe (EMSEE) and High Growth Markets (HGM) Region. RHRV is located in Zagreb and position will be a hybrid working position.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform planned service work (annual and semi-annual servicing of all installed analyzers in line with the documented Preventative Maintenance schedule) and unplanned service work (provide service, phone and remote support including after hours support on rolling schedule in accordance with customer's Contracts and relevant RHRV processes)

• Schedule and perform hardware and software updates

• Installation of instruments, integration within hospital LIS/HIS system and providing basic customer user training

• Assist sales team in identifying new opportunities and in technical specifications for procurement processes

• Manage individual spare part stock and handle product experience reports

• Maintain and update relevant data in CRM

• Understand total Radiometer solution and offering and being able to present it to end users

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Secondary/Tertiary qualification: technical qualification

• Competent user across Microsoft applications

• Willingness to travel across Croatia – 80% of time and on occasion travel abroad

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working on electronic and or mechanical devices (preferably providing field service support on medical and IVD devices)

• IT networking experience (preferably within Healthcare sector)

• Working with cross functional teams
